2012 PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS COMING UP.
REGIONAL STP ENHANCEMENT FUNDS SIDEWALK PROJECT ON FOSTER CREEK AVE. FROM 21ST. TO 24TH. STREET.
TIB SIDEWALK PROJECTS: FOSTER CREEK AVE. FROM 24TH. TO 26TH. STREET AND COLUMBIA AVE. FROM 10TH. TO 4TH. STREET.
Will be starting construction spring of 2012.
2013 Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrade. $5 million project will be funded by a Public Works Board loan. Gray & Osborne, Inc. have been chosen as design and construction consultants. Scheduled to have design done summer of 2012 for a early 2013 start date.
2013 Tacoma Avenue overlay project, from 14th Street to 19th Street . Tacoma Avenue will receive a 2 inch HMA overlay. Project is funded by the TIB Small City Preservation Program.
