Bouska Square is centrally located within Bridgeport's business district and has a gazebo, horse-shoe pits and is
the site of the City's lighted Christmas Tree.

Marina Park is a peaceful, over-night campground featuring a breathtaking view, marina, boat launch, play area,

City Swimming Pool

The City's swimming pool, open mid-June through Mid-August, is a great place to cool off, splash around or enjoy

Bridgeport Library (part of the North Central Regional Library)

Located at 12th St. & Columbia Ave
From the Bridgeport Library you can access books, videos, audio recordings, newspapers, reading programs and 
events for kids.  The library also has computers with internet access and a computer where you can take the 
food handler's card test.  Because the library is a part of a Library District, they have access to thousands of 
books within the network.

Bridgeport City Recycling Center

HOURS:  1st Saturday of the month, 9-11 A.M. and 3rd Thursday of the month, 5-7 P.M.*

Located at 10th St. & Jefferson Ave
The Recycling Center needs volunteers!  If interested, please contact City Hall.  Current recyclables include 
paper products, aluminum cans, cardboard, tin, newspaper, magazines and certain types of plastic.  Other 
items such as appliances, tires and scrap metal require prepayment of a fee.  Check with City Hall for a 
complete listing of recyclables or to obtain a receipt for the prepaid items.
